Discount Membership Conditions :
* Membership program only available for residential customers.
* 1 Membership is valid for house address.
* A minimum of 3 Rooms must be booked for every appointment.
* Landlord with multiple houses need 1 membership per address.
* Promotions cannot be combined with other specials.
* The membership is mandatory 2-years contract, if you cancel before, the whole year will be charged.
* Appointments need to be made 3 days in advance.
* Additional services or services not included in the membership will be charged at full price.
* Upgrade or downgrade membership only available at the end of membership program.
